Steps to Complete Application Online:

  1. Decide which membership you want. 

  2. Open, print and fill out the application.

  3. Scan and Email your completed membership application to: 

​yorkadamstennis.org@gmail.com​

4. You will receive a remote billing into your email that will allow you to pay from your home computer by credit card or you can bring your application and payment in person.

Family for immediate family residing in the same household, Dependents 25 or younger.  Senior discount for age 62 and older. Junior is ages 10-18 plus college students.      

Pickleball          $16 per hour

Tennis               $32 per hour

$12 guest fee per person per visit required for nonmembers
